It is not finished, because in the spring of 2009 the green book will be out, which is the final book in the series. And the last of the Lost Books also will be out. I don't remember all that happened specifically to discuss it in detail. It was a great plot, twisted in a lot of ways, with things I didn't see coming. I remember being confused for a while... I remember I didn't like having to read all three books to get to the end. I remember loving and hating, feeling frustrated, anxious, suspenseful, happy, sad, joyful... so that pretty much means it was a worthwhile read. He references the book of histories in some of his other novels and I think that is fun. He's my favorite author. It’s been years since I read the tril.
